Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Your order is considered dispatched when handed to our shipping carrier and is en route to your provided shipping address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The estimated shipping time refers to the transit period once your order has been dispatched and depends primarily on your shipping location. 

Please be aware that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience transit delays and tracking updates that are beyond our control. International orders may encounter additional delays due to customs processing.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may lead to delayed processing or cancellation. If our system detects address issues, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of order placement for verification. Failure to respond within this period may result in order cancellation.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at hello@shopquivera.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery:

At Quivera Wellness, timely delivery of your products is our priority. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or customs processing issues. In such events, we actively collaborate with our courier partners to resolve delays swiftly.

Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as product availability, payment issues, or address verification problems might delay order processing or shipment. We will promptly notify you if any issues arise that affect your order.

Please note Quivera Wellness cannot be held liable for external delays and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will, however, always keep you informed and provide assistance wherever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. However, once your order is handed over to our shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@shopquivera.com, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, who typically has a claims process for lost or stolen items. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to help resolve the issue.

Please understand Quivera Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and such occurrences are generally not covered by our refund policy. Depending on individual circumstances, we may offer a replacement.

If the courier cannot locate your package, we strongly recommend filing a police report for additional assistance.
