If you're not satisfied for any reason after this initial period, and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@shopquivera.com.

Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing, and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products. Try them consistently for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you're still not satisfied after 14 days and within 60 days from your original purchase date, we'll gladly issue you a refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees).

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. An item qualifies as damaged if the product itself is defective or physically broken. Cosmetic packaging issues, such as dented boxes with intact products, do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@shopquivera.com and include clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for products damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
Quivera Wellness aims for prompt and reliable delivery, but we cannot control delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen shipping-related issues. For shipping concerns, please directly contact the courier handling your delivery. Unfortunately, we are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to courier or third-party issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so within this timeframe will void eligibility for a resend or refund.
